With a total capital of 60 million yuan, the company was founded in May 1992, which is affiliated by Shanghai Dazhong Travel Co., Shanghai Dazhong Convention & Exhibition Co., Ltd. and the business outlets in Pudong and Jin'an. Under the company there are Dazhong Int'l Exchange Center, Japan Dept., Euro-Asia Dept., Foreign Tourism Dept., Ticketing Center and Travel Bus Fleet.
